the customer service was not up to par. i found i had to keep requesting basic supplies, like paper towels, and the staff was slow to respond. the noise from outside was also a problem.

The apartment was VERY clean and modern. i appreciated the davines bath products. It was like a nice touch. the rooftop access provided amazing views. i had no trouble storing my luggage after checkout, a REAL plus!

The air conditioner was a little noisy. I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

this spot is near several subway stations, made getting around so easy! the neighborhood felt safe and had a lot of nearby restaurants, so it's perfect for exploring the area and beyond!

i found this apart hotel well maintained and easy to access. it is located within a couple blocks of several metro stations (very convenient for exploring). plenty of cafes and restaurants operate during the day. doordash deliveries are left at a table near the lobby for easy pickup.

My first room had an extractor fan working nonstop. It made a constant noise. i asked for assistance right away, but moving to another room took five frustrating days. the staff claimed all rooms had the same issue, but this was not true.

my room was super clean and comfortable. i was also impressed by the bosch washer and dryer provided, it made keeping up with laundry simple. the rooftop terrace was a great extra space, i found it really relaxing. having plentiful, good quality crockery and utensils available added to the convenience.

The apartment was spacious and clean. A fully functional kitchen included necessary appliances. I found ample room and storage space for my clothes. The location proved convenient, with proximity to shopping, supermarkets, and subways.

The pool was closed for the season, though weather was warm .
